Information you choose to share

A cleaning inquiry collects your name, contact details, property type, chosen service and facility type, and any optional location, size, timing and notes. This information is used to respond to your request and discuss potential service. Please do not include sensitive health, financial or identity information.

Visitors and inquiries are handled differently

Browsing the site does not identify you. We record anonymous page visits: the page path, a random visit identifier, and campaign information described below. Only when you submit an inquiry are your contact details stored, together with that same anonymous campaign information.

First-party campaign information

When you arrive from a tagged link, this site stores in your browser the campaign tags (source, medium, campaign, content, term and referral partner), the landing page path, the referring website’s origin (not its full address) and capture times. It keeps your first visit and your most recent non-direct visit for 90 days, then discards them. Other web-address details are ignored, and values that look like contact information are removed. If your browser blocks storage, this information lasts only for the current page visit.

This information is campaign evidence for our own reporting. It can be incomplete, does not follow you across devices or browsers, and is not proof of how any individual found us.

Storage, access and retention

Accepted inquiries and anonymous visit records are stored privately through Lovable Cloud. They are not publicly readable; access is limited to signed-in business administrators. No customer account is required. Formal retention periods for stored inquiries will be confirmed by the business before the final-domain launch; you can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

No marketing pixels

This website does not load third-party advertising pixels, marketing analytics or advertising cookies, and no contact details are sent to analytics services. Google and social links open third-party services governed by their own privacy policies. When notifications are enabled, new inquiries are also emailed privately to the business so we can respond; that email is not shared with anyone else.
