Website terms.
Straightforward terms for using this website and making an inquiry.
Inquiries are not bookings
Sending an inquiry does not confirm a cleaning booking, price, arrival time or availability. Service begins only after scope, schedule and applicable terms have been agreed directly with Just Ask LLC.
Scope and estimates
Commercial estimates generally require a walkthrough. Services, specialty tasks and access requirements are assessed before a quote. No unconfirmed prices or response guarantees are advertised here. A paid three-month trial may be discussed, with terms agreed directly.
